About Us

American Taekwondo Foundation Certified Instructors

We have certified Taekwondo Black Belt Instructors to make sure every student learns the techniques, skills and gain the confidence they need to perform their best.

We teach classes and conduct tests in the same facility.  

Who Can Register?

We offer classes for anyone ages 4 years and older.  Anyone who aspires to reach their goals can register and train.  Different people often have different goals in mind, but Taekwondo training can help people reach a multitude of goals.

Belt Ceremony

Belt Awards Ceremony February 11, 2021, Chung's Taekwondo Center, Millbrook Alabama.  After the completion of our 8 weeks of training we award students with their next belt, and announcements for upcoming events. 

Taekwondo Forms

To give you an idea of what a Taekwondo form looks like, check out this video.  Taekwondo forms are a series of standardized movements that Taekwondo students use in order to practice “offensive” and “defensive” techniques without a partner. Taekwondo students must perform the movements correctly in each form in order to pass belt tests.
